WHAT
WE DO

From anti-trafficking efforts to standing up for the rights of women and children at the United Nations, our global association is making a difference!

PROGRAMS & PROJECTS.

At the International Presentation Association (IPA), we are driven by a shared mission to create a just and sustainable world. Rooted in the legacy of Venerable Nano Nagle, we work collaboratively to address global challenges through advocacy, education, and grassroots action. Guided by a deep commitment to human rights, ecological justice, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), we strive to uplift marginalized communities, protect the rights of Indigenous and Tribal Peoples, and respond to the urgent cries of Earth and the poor. Our work spans local and global levels, uniting diverse voices and fostering partnerships to inspire systemic change and promote the dignity of all life.

Women & Children

Care for the Earth

Indigenous & Tribal People

At IPA, we are dedicated to eliminating all forms of violence against women and children, including human trafficking and forced marriages. Our mission is demonstrated at all levels, from our UN advocacy focus to local engagements inspired by Venerable Nano Nagle.

We are deeply committed to honoring and advancing the inherent rights of the Earth, recognising that the well-being of humanity and the planet are interconnected. We champion the principles of environmental stewardship, social justice, and global solidarity.

We focus on the rights of Indigenous and Tribal Peoples, many of whom often face systemic injustices, marginalization, and threats to their cultural heritage and ancestral lands. We work to address critical issues such as poverty, inequality, access to education, healthcare, and the preservation of Indigenous traditions and rights.

At the United Nations

At the United Nations, we leverage our consultative status with the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) to advocate for systemic change on a global scale. We work to influence policies and decisions that align with our mission to uphold human rights, promote ecological justice, and address the needs of marginalized communities such as women and children.

IPA actively participates in UN processes, such as the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) and the High-Level Political Forum (HLPF) on Sustainable Development, to amplify the voices of those most impacted by poverty, inequality, and environmental degradation. Through written statements, oral interventions, and collaborative partnerships, we bring grassroots realities to the global stage, ensuring that the perspectives of Indigenous Peoples, women, and vulnerable populations are integral to shaping a just and sustainable future.
